From competitive bbq to your table

Born and raised in Charlotte, North Carolina, Chico's passion for creating special meals for others led him to competitive BBQ for over a decade, where his vinegar sauce (Eastern Carolina style) and traditionally Western-style tomato-based sauce were equally in demand. As his family and friends debated the merits of each, they began to combine the two, inspiring Chico to create Chico's Craft Q Sauce, blending the best of both.
